Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the qq7 platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out in this document.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between qq7 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (the "Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers, or makes use of any service available at qq7.asia (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by qq7, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

qq7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, qq7 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict arising from a translation or alternative language version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

One Account Per Person

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the qq7 platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any funds held within them may be forfeited pending investigation.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use qq7. We reserve the right to request age-verification documents at any point. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and all deposits returned.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. qq7 supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard as approved payment channels.

Bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn as cash until conditions are met. Any attempt to abuse bonus terms, including multi-accounting, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

Clause 2

Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with qq7, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

You are at least 21 years of age.
You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
You provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date.
You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or banned by qq7 for any reason.
You are not acting in any professional capacity as a gambler on behalf of another party.
You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of qq7 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

qq7 reserves the right to decline any application for registration without providing a reason. Registration of an account constitutes your acknowledgement that gambling may be illegal in certain jurisdictions and that it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation from your location.

Clause 3

Account Verification (KYC)

qq7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit verification documents at registration, before any withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at qq7's discretion. Acceptable documents include:

A valid government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport.
A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days).
Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account in your name).

Failure to supply requested documentation within the timeframe specified by qq7 may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold and, in cases of suspected fraud, account suspension. qq7 does not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulation.

Clause 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on the qq7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 across all supported payment methods.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your qq7 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day. Same-day withdrawals are available for verified accounts during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. qq7 will not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
qq7 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
qq7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and does not imply wrongdoing by the Player.
If a chargeback, reversal, or dispute is initiated against a deposit, qq7 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and recover any funds disbursed as a result of that deposit.

Clause 5

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

qq7 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual terms of each promotion.
Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household address, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
qq7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated real-money balances.
qq7 will not be liable for any technical errors that result in the incorrect award of bonus funds. Such errors will be corrected as soon as they are identified.

Clause 6

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the qq7 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sporting market in question. General conduct rules include:

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the qq7 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues are not valid.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, qq7 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players.
qq7 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error or that were significantly inconsistent with market rates at the time of placement.
In-play (live) betting odds update in real time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to your wager.
qq7 follows Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and other provider rules for all software-based games. In the event of a dispute, the game provider's server log constitutes the definitive record.
Maximum win limits may apply to certain games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

Clause 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qq7 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy, family member, or associated party.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
Colluding with other Players in any game, including live dealer games and poker variants.
Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to qq7.
Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
Funding your account with proceeds of crime or with funds that do not belong to you.
Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
Attempting to access other Players' accounts or to interfere with the Platform's security infrastructure.

Clause 8

Account Suspension and Closure

qq7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
Failure to complete the KYC verification process within a specified timeframe.
Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute that has not been resolved in qq7's favour.
A Player's self-exclusion request submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's own breach of these terms, qq7 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without fault on the part of the Player, any real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

Clause 9

Privacy and Data Protection

qq7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and communicate with you about your account and promotions.
qq7 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.
qq7 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law.
You may request a copy of your personal data or request its deletion by contacting [email protected]. Certain data may be retained for regulatory compliance purposes even after account closure.

Clause 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qq7's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Platform, or any service provided by qq7 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qq7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if qq7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

qq7 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. qq7 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain service availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access.

Clause 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the qq7 platform — including but not limited to the qq7 brand name, logo, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of qq7 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from qq7.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code forming part of the Platform.
Use the qq7 name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context without written authorisation.

Clause 12

Amendments and Governing Law

qq7 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
